Athletes must satisfy the following conditions:

1) Born between 1/1/2001 & 31/12/2008

2) Be students who are currently officially registered as proceeding towards a degree of higher diploma at a university or similar institute whose status is recognise by the appropriate national academic authority OR be former students of the institutions mentioned above who have obtained their academic degree or higher diploma in the year 2025

All expenses (e.g. air tickets, accommodation) may need to be covered on your own.

Interested parites please form teams in either Men/Women/Mixed, fill in the form, send back to hkcba, on or before 31/3/2026.

Class A is formed by the teams ranked 1st to 8th in Class A 2025 and 1st and 2nd in Class B 2025.

For Class B 2026, the 10 prioritized teams are the 2 teams demoted from Class A 2025, and the teams ranked 3rd to 10th in Class B 2025.

Basically, the team quota for Class B 2026 is 18 (incl. the 10 prioritized teams).

If more than 18 teams, the teams will be registered on a First-Come First-Served basis. For those unsuccessful teams for Class B 2026 will have priority for 2027.

If the teams registered for Class B are 24 or more, the HKCBA Council and Tournament Operations Committee reserve the right to open a new Class this year, subject to the availability of the dates and venue.

The Registration of Class B 2026 will start on 15 Jan.
