Announcement: KCC Dinner N Bridge
KCC Dinner-N-Bridge is bi-annual dinner bridge event organized by HKCBA.  It will be held on May 30, 2008 (FRI) from 6:30p.m. to 10:30p.m.  There will be trophies for the winner and 1st and 2nd runners up and promised to be a fun filled evening.   You can play with bridge friends from other local bridge clubs and together enjoy a deluxe buffet dinner.  It only charges $180 per head.  The address of KCC Club is The Kowloon Cricket Club, 10 Cox"s Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Announcement: GuangZhou Pair Tournament 2008

Announcement: Triangular Inter-port 2008
The 2008 Triangular Inter-port tournament will be held at Casa Real Hotel, Macau on June 28 and 29.  Please see attachment for details.  Hong Kong will send two teams to participate.  The registration is now opened.  Each team may contain 4 to 6 players.  Team cannot change number of player after deadline of registration.  If there are more than two teams register, trial will be held on May 31 (SAT) and June 1 (SUN).  You may check the schedule and COC.  The cost of trial is to be evenly shared by registered teams.  Deadline of registration is 11:59p.m. May 25, 2008.   For registration, please send email to hkcbaadm@hkcba.org or contact Mr. Leo Cheung at 9312-7033.

Announcement: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Hong Kong Contract Bridge Association Limited will be held on June 20, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the Main Hall, 3/F., Mariners Club, 10 Middle Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon for the purpose of :

1.Adopting the financial report 2007 (dated from March 1, 2007 to October 30, 2007),
2.Change number of director from 12 to 4. They are President, Vice-president, Secretary and Treasurer.
3. Any other business.

Members who are unable to attend in person can fill in the proxy form attached and fax it to 23148101 on or before June 18, 2008.
